Tutorial Tuesday- again-LOL

So you liked my new look? hahahah LOL- thanks all for the comments- they say a change is as good as a holiday-? Which reminds me- I'm having my MOP cut on Thursday- YIPPEE!! It's got a bit long now and I can't spike it up so much anymore..mmmm, will have to worn the hairdresser about my little horns that he can't see at this stage- ROTFLMAO!

Ok It won't be a long post today as I did a new Tutorial today for Scrap your Art out! ( phew nearly forgot too- was busy with my new kit- happlily creating and then remembered- OOOPPS) . But before I get there, this was done by Jazz using my overlays!!! How awesome are her heritage LO's- and Jazzy your blinkie is on it's way! LOL-

Todays freebie is aptly called - U can doo it- ROTF, because you can learn how to make these yourself using overlays! Yup you can ( well I hope that my instructions are simple enough-LOL). This Tut is how to include colour by using your overlays. It's the first of a few but it will give you the basic steps to make papers as they are above. So please pop over and pick up these three papers and a little "knowledge" too.. I used my Funky floral overlays for the freebie and they are also still on SALE at 25% off. . Loves and hugs Kim http://scrapyourartout.wordpress.com/2007/07/17/using-overlays-part2/

Hi Kim,
1st of all what a great tut! Thansk so much for sharing these tuts with us. Some times it helps to have these simple tuts around when you are having designers block! :)
2nd I wanted to show you a LO I did using your freebie, Shabby Classic kit. Here's the link to my LO: http://www.gottapixel.net/gallery/showphoto.php/photo/60777/cat/500/ppuser/7068
And 3rd just to say hi! I'm really busy right now with life and designing too. So I don't get a lot of time to come say hi! I wish I did. Thanks for sharing everything!
Hugs,
Angel

The jazz's layout is wonderful, thanks so much for sharing it with us. The tutorial is very good and the information about changing the colours in overlays could also easily be applied to black and white doodles. Thanks so much for it.:)

And the little horn in your head, I guess if you decide to get the nice part of your, the horns might disappeared for the time needed for the hairdresser to work. LOL So be good until then and he might not be surprised LOL Just kidding LOL

Best wishes. :O)

I have visited you before, but this is the 1st time to really read some of your prior blog statements. I love patterns, textures, and brushes. Your papers drew my eye quickly because of the use of your overlays. Also, I had the pleasure to read your tutorial and found it extremely interesting. It encourages the digiscrapper to go beyond the norm and expand their scrapping talent in a most positive way. Jazz's page scrap shows the importance of using your layouts along with end results that are beautiful and definitely enhances her page layout. Leavin LUV! XOXOXOXO
