Frustration that was Tuesday

ARRRGH- I swear I have ACTUALLY pulled hair out my head!- My net started going wonky late Monday night- so I left it, and yesterday morning couldn't get it to connect again!- So I do all the checks, disc cleans, virus scans, reboot my router- NOTHING!- Phone hubby and two friends and everyone else is ON - WHAT???- So here starts the FRUSTRATION- I run out to fetch Nathan and do some groceries- come back and get the HELP NUMBER for my ADSL line- get through on the first call at about 2.30pm- but it's the WRONG DEPARTMENT- but she get's me to reboot the router AGAIN but can't pick it up on her side- and gives me the technical departments number- OH LORD! I should have KNOWN this was going to be ONE OF THOSE calls- by the time I heard * your call will be attended to as soon as an operator becomes available, please be patient*~ for the 30th TIME- I'm sorry but UM- patience doesn't COVER THAT ANYMORE!- and then that wonderful SIMS MUSIC ( I swear they took if from the game- WHAHAHAHA) it's enough to make you scream into the thing and say SHUT UP!!!! LOL-  After 1hour and 20 minutes of holding on in the QUEUE I was starting to feel rather HOT under the collar! And there is no use NOW putting the phone down as you would just land up BACK at the end of the queue again!!! Can you all say AAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRGGGGGHHHHHHH!

Well lets put it this way- I got my net back on STABLE and working at 10.15pm!! HOLEY CRAP! Get more STAFF or something TELKOM! All they had to do was RESET my line from their end! It went wonky on the exchange or somethin WHY ME????= WAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

I did log a complaint this morning as well and it was recorded and noted by a person this time- so I hope that at least it might make a difference somewhere- but with HUGE corporations and the ONLY real service provider for ADSL lines- I DOUBT IT!

Enough whining now- hahahaha, but had to Vent.
