It's FRIDAY BABY!! WOOOHOOOO, HUH? I didn't hear anything- LOUDER PEOPLE- lol. Ok, Ok, I know I'm a little hyper - but I just love Fridays! Being kicked out the house tonight by a* growing young man* made us contact an old friend who's hubby is away and asked if she wanted company- BWAHAHAHA- well from having a small get together- it's now a big one! She went and phoned everyone to come round for a braai and some drinks-lol. So it will be awesome tonight to see them all. I think this house is going to be a VERY quiet one tomorrow morning- LOL
OOOOh and I finished ONE card for the DSO Hybrid Card Swop(only 7 to go - lol). Well the rest are all here waiting to be put together- I wasn't too sure on it actually- but when I sent the photo to Bunny she raved about my little bat I had crafted for the front-lol ( I did say we don't do Halloween here- so I had to make a plan)- BWAHAHAHA- well that sent Bunny into her card making stash yesterday too- and Oh man I LUURRRVE hers! She drew a little cartoon witchy stirring her cauldron- TOOO DANG CUTE girl- and UHUM- I ain't finished all mine YET--PPPPHTTT ( can you hear there is some friendly competition going on- LOL)
Want to see- And I think I will make it up for a Tutorial for you guys too- (yup with the templates) but need to take some *while I'm busy pics*- I think it would be a great Halloween project next month ;-)
this is the front view-
the side view so you can see the raised *trick or treat* blocks- the ribbon runs under it.
And a close up of the bat and word art- LOL. I used our Spooky Spoils MEGA from last year. It worked out AWESOME with the theme! The bat is made from black card that has silver glitter speckles running through it. I made the bat 3x before I was happy with it- LOL. Anyway- it's going to be posted on Monday to at least get to the USA on time! - YAY, I might just make it this time- ROTF!
OOOh and don't forget that Spring Passion is still on sale- but after the weekend it's up at FULL price - don't miss it.
Some more eye candy for you-
This little cutie pie was sent in by Lainey- SO CUTE!
this stunning garden/flower pic looks like it belongs on this page! Paula also used word art by Jazzy- AWESOME job Paula!
Jazzy made this stunning Heritage page with it too! Great layering!
AWWW- man just look at this! Croppy used a Bground paper from Just Believe, Spring Passion and my Leafy Clusters for the swing. She also used Jazzy's word art! LOVE IT.
And I've made the finishing touch for the Kit- but am giving it to you as your *weekend* freebie today- WOOOHOOOO,
Yup it's the Alpha- this one comes in both the colours shown- so you can choose what you would prefer on your page. The tabs hand nicely on the beads and strings included in the Kit. ( as shown in the preview)- you can grab it here- http://www.4shared.com/file/62699514/bef6638e/kb-springpassion_alpha.html . I'm off shopping for a new phone this afternoon- WOOOOPIE, my upgrade is available so going to see what I can get with the *boys* of course- because come on *mom doesn't know much about cell phones*- HAH! Little do they know, they are going to a few other shops too- I just politely forgot to mention that yesterday to them- hee hee- see Mom does get her revenge!LOL Until Monday- hope you all have a super duper weekend- and all those affected by the Hurricanes- Guys please STAY SAFE!!! Sending hugs and loves Kim

Your card is TOO cute! Love this hanging alpha, thanks so much for sharing. We are hunkered down and waiting for Ike to come ashore. If the electricity doesn't go out maybe I can get some scrapping done! My laptop battery only lasts about an hour when I'm using PhotoShop.
