Creating and a little bit of HOME.

I got up this morning like usual and sat down to check my e-mails while I slowly woke up ( plus have that first sip of coffee-lol) and what is the FIRST mail I see-

Bunny, sending me just this ,OMG, OMG, OMG, and the link to her HERO, Tim Holtz!

For those of you that don't know- Tim is *the Master of Grunge*, and has just run a Scrapbook Convention here in South Africa. Yup- I didn't make it as he missed my little City, Port Elizabeth ( but he did stay close on a Game Lodge-hee hee). Renee who lives in JHB tried to get into the one held there but it was fully booked ;-(.

So where am I going with this today you might ask?- Ok, you always have to ask with me- I know- hahahaha.

Well Tim took some Video footage of his stay here in South Africa ( the link that Bunny sent me this morning!)-

Can I just say- I felt sooo proud to be a South African, I got goosies( gooseflesh) just watching it-  even though I am lucky enough to have seen and done all of what Tim experienced here- it was just soooo AWESOME to actually FEEL it through his footage.

Honestly, *Africa* gets into your soul and under your skin, and the only way I can describe the feeling visitors have when staying here is, they say it's *like coming home*!

So I am sending you there today to WATCH them if you would like to see just WHY South Africa is a place that I LOVE and ADORE ;-) ps- turn your speakers up to hear some AMAZING traditional singing too!

WORK RELATED ;-)

Watch out TOMORROW for some NEW things that will be happening on a regular basis!

I'm really excited about this and can't WAIT to show and tell- lol

HINT?? TIPS??? lol, ok- just a little one-

Enjoy1

Jenni did this AMAZING LO using just some of the goodies that will be *making a showing tomorrow*- lol.

She was taking a pic of the beach with this *fisherman* being tiny in the background- until she zoomed in and found out he was watching HER_ BWAHAHAHAHAHA

LOVE IT!

CT WORK ;-)

Well since I did that LO of my *MA* for mothers day, I've scrapped another 4 pages since then! I felt sooo rusty from not doing any for a while and then bang- do ONE and I want to do more- so besides my LO for my little friend Ant- I jumped in and caught up on some of my CT dutys ( I soooo stink at it- HONEST!- I never hand in LO's on time- lol.)

Sorry Jen and Bon ( but you know you get em eventually right?).- *just doing a little sucking up here guys- BWAHAHAHAHAHA ;-P

WOW, WOW, WOW! What a beautiful place! I want to come to SA TODAY! Since it will break my bank buying airfare, I humbly ask if you'll let me stay at your home while I am there! LOL!!!

I am so glad I had the opportunity to watch Tim's videos! I would not have seen them without you, as I don't tend to visit Tim's blog daily!!! I can't even recall when I was at his blog last!

Hugs and thank you so much!!!!

Kim, those videos were amazing. We gotta go to zoos to see those beautiful animals, but there they are in your "backyard" roaming free.
We have Monarto Zoo, which is a type of free range zoo, where the animals are left to roam and I love visiting there, but unfortunately we don't have elephants which is my all time favourite animal.

Love the LO with Bonnies' Hedgehogs.

You made me cry!!!! LO... ok..not you...but I really wasn't expecting the video of home, and I watched them over and over. Loved the sounds of the birds, and the music had me smelling the smokey hills. We lived near valley of 1000 hills and often drove there with the windows wide open just to smell...

AAAAAAAAARRRGH Homesick now and it's all your fault! jk.

Beautiful goodies as always. Thank you, friend!
