TTTTTTThursday

That's my teeth chattering- LOL, My son phoned yesterday afternoon to say that they had arrived safetly and that he was standing in snow! He was so excited! Don't know how excited he was when the temps dropped to -10C where he was last night tho! LOL. And Olga, thank you for that news!!! Good grief I lived in Beunos Aires for just over a year and it's very much like SA in that it get's cold but no snow! Boy I have some e-mailing to do! LOL.

I've just written my second Tutorial on How to use papermaker overlays and textures for PSE at Scrap your Art Out. Go check it out if you have never used an overlay or are not sure how to use them. And be sure to check back here tomorrow for some new overlays that I am uploading to the store today.
Alyson sent me this LO that she did of her youngest son who had his first swimming lessons this year! She used my "Fishtales template"- and man how cute did this come out! I loved the circle photo's held together with the pins and the water texture in the background. Great job girl!
I played a while ago at some doodly thingymabobs-LOL, these are slightly "rougher" and more sketchy- but I like the "handrawn" feel of them- more real with mistakes and all-LOL. I added two papers to match. Great for your summery LO's.
Hope you all have a stunning day and if it's hot where you are PLEASE stand in the sun for just 5 minutes for me! LOL LOL- Hugs and Loves Kim - oops I did it again. ROTF- heres your link> http://www.4shared.com/file/19707796/b5f4c7c0/kb-floralidoo.html

Love your designs, Kim. Hope your young snow-seeker enjoys his hiking. -10C? That's cold, even for us hardy Scots. Enjoy your free time together.

Okay Kim, I'll mosts definitelly send you some heat! We have been having 88 to 95 days here! Very hot and steamy in East Tennessee. More hot that they have had in years all the old timers say. And TONS of thunderstorms - but we are still 10 inches under for rain! I know my grass and flowers are crying a lot for it! I'm hoping it'll warm up for you with all of us thinking warm thoughts for you! Thanks so much for freebie!

Kim, you're definitely an original. Just stopped by to get a dose of "KimB" and was pleasantly surprised to discover the floralidoo delight just hovering there waiting to be downloaded. What a treasure you are! Thanks for the inspiration, too. All the best, Melanie http://mmdcreations.blogspot.com/

Okey previous deleted post was mine. Fingers keep playing games with me. Quite sure because of the half winter we are having, even though we are in summer. This is Ireland.:( So I cannot help you with the cold thing if I send you some sun over there, we will freeze here too. I'm so sorry. :)

And this what I had written before, with negative sentences this time. I seem to have a problem with writing no of the late *shock*

" That is very COLD. *shock* I hope he is sleeping in a warn place, otherwise I'm not sure how keen on going on another trip like that one he is going to be in the future. :)
I remembered the snow in South Africa when the people I know there, told me it was snowing for the first time in 100 years. It's been quite a chance that you have been there and know people there. I might scrap some photos because it looks almost Scandinavia. I hope you get some from there too as well as from the snow in South Africa. :)

The layout is very funny and cute. It looks wonderful, thanks for sharing it with us. And many, many thanks for the doodles, they are beautiful and so are the papers. They look fantastic. :)

I'm off to the other blog to read your tutorial. :)

Best wishes. :O)"

Thank you for the lovely papers and floral doodles. :)

Normally we are just HOT and dry,(state of New Mexico,USA) but we're in our rainy season and now the humidity is dreadful. I'll trade for the cool temps tho. :)
