hahaha- LOL, Oh gee's talk about the MOST frustration two days!!! I had
no INTERNET!!- NO TELEPHONE- NO MAIL- no NOTHING!! BOOOO HOOOOO, talk about feeling left out in the cold!! hahaha- What is up with customer service these days??- It's so funny that the 'tole free' number they give you to dial here for enquiries and for problems is CHARGED at normal Cell phone rates when you use your mobile phone- ??? ERRRRR HELLOOOOOO- How can I dial it on anything else if my 'land line isn't working and it's DEAD???"- So besides having to wait at least 20 minutes on EACH call listening to BAD electronic elevator music- you get someone that is telling you every few minutes that "you will pay full cell phone call rates phoning from a cell phone'-
EISH!!! ( pronounced like ice but with a very big LISP-hahah) and then you get the 'er, ahhh, UMMMM, agh-I'm not sure!"- What do you mean you NOT SURE????? I waited 20 minutes and listened to music that will make me PUKE to hear- errrrrrr????
LOL, Oh gee's I swear I haven't lost my temper like that IN YEARS!!! Poor Nathan came running from the lounge with his eyes WIDE open- I just don't loose my temper much- but oh Incompetence and just plain STUPIDITY really gets my goat!- Then CUT me off from my 'work and my friends'- and hell you have a 'little dynamite package' ready to BLOW- Um ok- it did! hahahahahaLOL
But we working today again(since late morning)!- SLOW- but it's here- hahahahaha No wonder we call them HELLKOM!!! ( actually Telkom)
And Jazzy SO came to my rescue today- she sent me the frame she made in this LO-

Sounds like you had a day of it! I'm with you - incompetence and stupidity really tick me off. Our phone compnay out-sourced customer service so 90% of the time you get someone who doesn't speak English and only knows how to go down a checklist - when that doesn't work they're lost. GRRRRR..... Sending hugs to make you feel better! :)

Well I know a little bit of how you feel...something inside my computer burned up yesterday and wham....my screen went totally black...I was offline until this morn when my GS brought his computer over and hooked it up..I almost went nuts just knowing it wasnt here for me to use..wasnt that sweet..thanks for compliments on the frame glad you like it..Kim Im so glad you are back..I was worried when you didnt post a blog on Wednesday...figured it was the ISP but you never know for sure..Glad you are back with us...hugs

OH I would be devastated without my internet... ooohhh careful - just talking that way brings me the heebie jeebies! And I can totally relate to the 'waiting' music on company phones... really, you would think in this day and age you would be able to push buttons and select a genre of music you actually like to hear?

OH I hate 'customer service' the only thing they serve is coffee to their boss...LOL certainly never their customers....
I went back and read the "Monkey's Wedding" post and it reminded me of the saying from my little corner of East Texas, ' The Devil is crying' was what my mother always said about those days and that with would rain again tomorrow at the same time.
Hope the rest of your week gets bett, cannot have up scaring that boy of yours again too soon...LOL

Sorry about your computer problems. :( I'm not sure about this, but this kind of losing your internet or not having full connection is something that is happened to you before, I remember reading about it before and it always happens at the end of the month. I read before in another blogger's blog that something like that happened at the end of the month because she had a certain amount of bandwidth allowed during the month and when she had been surfing or downloading too much she didn't have connection because she had spent her monthly internet connection, so to speak. Could it be that your connection contract works that way and they might not have explained you that?
It occurs to me that it could also be that the company has made an arrangement with another company in a similar way and they run out of internet connection for its customers at the end of the month and can not increase or do not want to increase or change the contract they have.
If it's the second thing, you're going to be dealing with this issue at the end of the month until your phone company makes a change on its business. :(
