No wheels-

hahaha- OH DEAR, my poor DS Nathan phoned in a panic yesterday afternoon to tell us that the WHEELS had been stolen off the boat trailor- which is in Nathans keeping at Bushmans River. He has a little open boat that he uses for fishing etc while there and well when he went to fetch the trailor from the trailor park to take the boat our of the river- NO WHEELS! hahaha- He was so worried about getting into trouble- but hell, how can that be his fault KWIM??- We did tease him and say we would take the money for the new wheels from his allowance and that he could pay them off- he still said OK- Oh my poor son- what do your parents do to you?- ROTF! Yup- don't worry he does know I was pulling his leg-LOL.

Anyway- Wayne got hold of someone at Bushmans River to replace them so that at least we can get the boat home with my son on Saturday- wahahahahaha. Life is NEVER dull I tell you!

Today I've been running around fetching cement and paint again- LOL, Yup building and fixing just never stops- or as Wayne would tell you- it's me that doesnt' stop adding things- ROTF!! A new *stoep*(veranda) off our backdoor was the addition today- hahahaha. NOw it's to get it tiled too- LOL.

Want some more tips of what's in my Designers Grab bag??? - remember it's only $8 and all the goodies sold individually will cost you $35!

This is Colleens New years resolution- Focus! Awesome LO and journaling girlfriend!

This very heartfelt LO from Renee is in remembrance of her late brother- Renee used my bag plus my freebie template from yesterday-

And today I was playing a little this morning- * yup with my coffee*- hahahahaha, and here is a little *Sew Pretty* freebie for you-

Oh Kim, that's the prettiest I have ever seen. Thanks girlfriend.

Poor Nathan. How do mad parents always manage to bring up responsible children?

Good luck with the building. It's raining here and I can hear the grass grow and I'm running out of clothes.

Poooooor Nathan! I give my son grief like that.

Girl, flippin pay hasn't hit YET. I'm SO going to cry. You're going to be raising the price of your bag before Nick ever gets paid! I'm soo trying to be patient, but dammit man, it's just NOT happening!!!

Kim, this is gorgeously cool! I can't wait to see the blue one tomorrow. Thanks so much for stopping by my blog again. It always means a lot to hear from you. ... Poor Nathan ... glad he didn't get in trouble for it. It's soooooo maddening to deal with stolen or broken things. You'll have to post a pic of your new verandah. Be good to YOU as you enjoy your frenzied life! Melanie http://mmdcreations.blogspot.com/2008/01/experimenting.html

TOOOOOOOOO Funny, KimB'aby...;o)
I could not believe there could be such comic telepathic communication between SA and USA...LOLOLOL!!! I used ribbon just exactly the same as the gold sparkled wide ribbon for our Christmas presents...you can't believe the result...I thought our home had been touched by Midas!!!
Gold sprinkles were everywhere...why didn't I stop as my desk filled with sparkle??? Heaven only knows why this Ding-a-Ling does things sometimes but I can tell you the rest of the ribbon got thrown away as my family left our home to shake off the gold...LOLOLOLOL We never laughed more heartily...next year I'm going to print your new pretty and paste on cardboard for their bows...we'll have another great laugh!!!

If you who love to play with graphics buy ANY CU GBs...buy Kim's...they are always a treat but this time it is totally amazing!!! Thanks a million, Kim...;o)

Thanks Kim - love the floral spray!! Poor Nathan - at least it was the wheels and not his entire trailer - but that's still crappy for him! We're having our rock wall extended for security purposes - the guys dumped 41 TONS of rock yesterday and said they have at least 2 more loads.

Sew Sew pretty......thankyou for this absolutely gorgeous frame. Looking forward to the blue one too.
I know how it is doing work around the house.....we took down our pergola last July to put up a verandah.......all expecting it to take a couple months......well still not finished......no hubby not doing it......got a builder in and boy they are so SLOW!!!! Still not all his fault, they sent out wrong colour gutters, then the wrong size UGHHH!!1 and with businesses closing down over Xmas your guess is as good as mine when it will be finished. Oh well should be good in the winter......at least I might be able to stay dry (if I get a roof on it that is) AND we get some rain. HAHAHAHA. Good luck with your renos (renovations)!

Nathan looks a very nice young boy and a very good person, I'm really sorry that he had that problem. :(
I hope you won't be having any more home problems and finish the decoration after the little catastrophe at the end of last year. :)

The layouts are fantastic, and very heartfelt Renee's one, and the frame is very original. :) Thanks so much for sharing all this with us. :)

Best wishes. :)
