Gosh guys, sorry I never got here yesterday to post- ( well I didn't feel that guilty- LOL, as I had done a Sunday one)- but you know how it goes - LIFE gets in the way sometimes. Yesterday was a really upside down day(besides being MONDAY!)- we had Designer interviews most of my afternoon ( Bunny's morning) and at the beginning of the last one, Bunny got a phone call and excused herself, only to come back to say her Grandfather had just passed away! We were all shocked as poor Bunny had just got back from seeing her father through an operation too. Sending you huge hugs my friend and lots of strength and prayers your way too.
AND oh Goodness with everything going on- I didn't check the dates properly on the SALE for Bygone and the AD ON. So sorry to all that went to buy it and it was still full price.
I have made sure it is up at 35% off until MIDNIGHT 14th MAY. Sorry for inconveniencing all.
And with Bunny's Grandpa ( Pepaw) passing away it just made me a little melancholy I suppose-,
We lived with my Grandparents until I was 10- I was always my grandpa's girl and even had my own work bench in the garage next to his. LOL, I had my own little hammer and nails etc and used to work beside him for hours. ( yeah I'm a half and half- hahahaha, half girly, half tom boy), We used to go to the shops together on a Saturday morning to do the groceries, leaving my sister and my Gran at home. So it was always a special treat with me sitting in the front seat eating a HOLE into the fresh bread that was still HOT-. Nanny never said a word- she just used to cut away the crust with no *innards*- LOL.
And with that Nathan is still lucky too , his *Poppy* as he calls him is still very active and takes Nathan fishing and camping too- So I did this Lo of the two of them- It was taken on Nathans Birthday ~

OOOH- and my girls have been busy again- Have you seen this awesome freebie by LeAndrea ( Doodle)
WOOOHOOOO- it matches my Colour Challenge too! So pop on over to Doodles Blog and leave her some love. I just LOVE that cluster frame!!

Kim,
I read all of the sweet sadness in what you wrote and thought - this is what scrapping is all about - saving those memories, capturing moments before they are gone. Love, hugs and prayers for Bunny. And in her loss, many of us take a moment to remember, reflect and share. Thanks, as always, KB. Your blog is a fun place.
Poor Bunny. I saw her blog yesterday, she's even excusing herself for not bloggin... As if!!!
But I do love the LO that it inspired you to make.

I am very sorry for Bunny's loss. It sure brings it home for us, who no longer have Grampa's, how precious they really are.
I bet nobody would notice you if you ran around w/ your slippers on all day - you'd probably start a new fashion statement.
Thanks for sharing Kim.

I'm sure you won't mind that I jumped over to Bunny's blog before I finished reading your post.
As the first grandchild on both ides of the family, I enjoyed a very special relationship with all four of my grandparents, so I can appreciate your great relatonship with your grandfather! (I was - am a half and half too! I was prima donna in the ballet recital the same year my hockey team was in the state playoffs!)
